Kobi Levi. Elephant.
Although his inspiration is clear I think in this case Levi managed to design something both beautiful and clever. You could wear these and never once have someone ask if you are wearing elephants on your feet.

Rupert Sanderson. If that red and grey hadn’t been as well done as they are, these would be horrible. But I find them really lovely to look at.

The heel is horribly graceless, but as an overall sculptural shape this bootie is fascinatingly angular in every way.
